All pieces are custom-made and cannot be returned. To avoid embarrassment, there are no returns or exchanges except in case of a manufacturing defect, and this must be within 3 days of receiving the piece according to the return policy approved by the ministry. Please note that all purchases are only processed after the customer signs a declaration regarding their responsibility for measurements or modifications. Final note: all pieces are inspected twice before shipping to ensure measurements. If the management approves the return; the amount will be refunded within 20-25 working days minus the shipping cost after the piece is inspected. If the piece is returned to us by the shipping company due to the customer not responding to the representative, the piece will be shipped again with new shipping charges.
